This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions purchased on officefabrics.com, operated by OfficeFabrics, ITV Store, Event Merchandising Ltd,
Unit 11, The Edge Business Centre,
Humber Road, London NW2 6EW.
Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel a subscription within 14 days of purchase without giving a reason (the "cooling-off period"), provided you have not begun accessing the digital content during this period.
If you have begun accessing subscriber content during the 14-day period, you acknowledge that you waive your right to cancel under the cooling-off period. This will be confirmed at the point of purchase.
To request a refund within the cooling-off period, contact us at hello@officefabrics.com with your name, the email address used at purchase, your order reference number, and the reason for your cancellation request. We will process eligible refunds within 14 days of receiving your request, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation stops future billing. You will retain access to subscriber content until the end of the current paid billing period. No partial refund is issued for unused time in the current period.
Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under UK consumer law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
